Fix'd:
- Generals Cap: from 1 to 2 of each, 8 total.
- Increased upkeep of Generals to 100/t.
- Named heroes were unavailable due to tiredness.

Some minor fix excluding the mono_1 heroes from exclusive faction, trying stuff out instead of going the longest copy-pasting journey.

Also took the time (30 minutes~) to make a small video. Will render, upload to youtube and place it here yay.
