Revised saddle drops. All current saddles are in.
Partial modification to Ice & Swamp cave drops. (Saddles only)
Updated resource drops to include more things (including items from Scorched Earth)

Lowered the max quality by 1.0 in the yellow drops. This is to hopefully lower or completely get rid of ascendant in yellow drops. If needed I will lower this setting again. I'll want feedback letting me know quality of yellow drops after updating.

Removed more primitive item chance from red drops. I'm trying to make red drops to be better than yellows. It's difficult the way the quality multipliers work but this should help reduce seeing primitive stuff and other junk that people don't want to see in red drops.

Lowered the quantity of ammo found in drops.Lowered quantities in the resource drops.
