Adjusted weights of items.

Added all the newer saddles that weren't in the drops. Now all saddles are in drops again.
Removed ammo blueprints from drops
Added the bunny items to the level 60 special drops.

Corrected decay time of the level 45 single (yellow) drops.

Corrected metal sword from dropping high quality in level 25 drops

Removed chance to get highest tier items from all drops other than red (level 60). Also reconfigured drops so that the source level drop itself won't give higher quality items than it should. So for the level 25 items to come up with higher qualities you'll need to hit the higher drops now. This should make the drops quality will be more level based.

Also added the ark skins that people have when they start off. Like the hunter hat, the parasaur saddle skin, and whatever else is supposed to be there.
