Changed DMG template to update for new DINOS, adjusted costs of Wood Reinforcer renamed it to Wood Reinforcer Kit, adjusted costs of buildings to only use the Wood Reinforcer Kit to make repairs realistic.

Fixed paint regions, added in item ids for testing.
