Fixed a weird bug with Great General and Admiral not getting their experiences upon kills.

Fixed a bug where conflicting ideological generals would prevent units from getting the proper ideology promotion. (Freedom units getting autocratic promotion because an autocratic general is nearby? Heresy!)

Bonus City Yields from Great General and Admiral only works when your civilization is at peace with all major civilizations. (You can still attack city-states without penalty).

Great Generals/Admirals now provide city yield bonuses depending on their random city trait. General providing bonuses if the city is non-coastal, admiral providing if coastal. This can be disabled.
