Added an XP Tracker and a Region ID value to the main UI.

Known Issue: There is a null reference error that pops into the chat window just as you quit the game. Already fixed in the next version, and it is harmless to the game (the UI update that references the region # fails as you disconnect, since you are no longer in a region).

Version 16
Balance Update: Dramatically lowered the damage output of the Grogolov Cocktail from 1.6/1.8/2.0x multipler to 0.4/0.55/0.70.
Balance Update: Increased the damage bonus of Gunner Training from 10/20/30% to 55%/70%/85%.


In a regular combat rotation over 20 seconds, the Cocktail was contributing an oppressive amount of damage in a large area of effect without the need for proper positioning, as well as a massive crowd control ability due to the fact that it deals damage to sails. The increase in the base damage stat should help offset the loss of damage in the cocktail, as it will significantly push up the base cannon damage, as well as the volley damage.

Further tweaks maybe necessary, if either one of these is found to be too much/not enough in the grand scheme of things.

Bug Fix: Fixed a bug that was causing null reference errors on death inside instances (and also preventing loot loss).
Update: PLayers now only lose an item every 3rd death.

- When you die in a zone and there are hostile players in the zone, one hostile player will randomly get the item that you lose, if you lose one. War is hell.

Changed the no item loss on death protection from being based on player to being based on the region you are inside. Now when you die in a 0 or 3 challenge region, you are free from item loss regardless of your own level.

Added /restoreChainshot as a slash command that will give you a new tool that you can equip/add to your captain's box. This tool will give the player the Chain Shot ability (which has been lost in the mod, for some reason I don't understand yet).
