Updated textures of the quick rule shim. Changed "NOMINATED CANDIDATE for [...]" into PREVIOUSLY ELECTED [...]" which makes more sense game play wise.

Corrected quick rules of the President where it said "Get at least 50% of the group to vote 'ja!'", the proper rule is to get more than 50% of the votes because the rule books says so:

"If the vote is a tie, or if most players vote nein!, the Presidency placard moves clockwise to the next player and the election tracker is advanced by one election."

So rule book trumps quick card and I have corrected it that way.

Added "NOT HITLER (CONFIRMED)" cards. Useful to mark players who where confirmed 100% not to be Hitler. Though those players still might be fascists!
