OKW units rearranged (mostly back to the original release buildings with a couple exceptions)
Volksgrenadier Panzerschrek upgrade moved to Sturmpioneers
Volksgrenadiers given Panzerfaust ability instead
Sturmpioneers can build Riegel 43 anti-tank mine
Kubelwagen suppression ability restored (capture removed)
Wurfrahmen 40 veterency requirements reduced
Raketenwerfer range and cost reduced
Thorough Salvage ability duration reduced
Penal Battalion is cheaper to build and reinforce
Commandos are cheaper to reinforce

Some commander ability roster changes
Commander unit dispatch abilities now have a population requirement
On-map howitzers and most off-map artillery do less damage to OKW buildings
Ostheer Panther is now slightly slower and cheaper
OKW Panthers now start with armored skirts (more armor and hitpoints) and get zimmerit coating instead at vet 2 (immunity to infantry snares)
Precision Strike added back to B-4 howitzer
Land Mattress setup/teardown time removed
Updated Infantry Section emplacements to match the Royal Engineer ones
Forward Observation Post cost reduced
Some additional icon changes
And... USF Captain gets his bazookas back
