AT guns move more slowly but can camouflage after buying an upgrade.
SdKfz 251 and M5 halftracks gain vet more slowly if upgraded.
SdKfz 251 and M5 halftracks lose reinforcement capability if upgraded.
SdKfz 251 halftrack has upgrade-specific veterency bonuses (M5 HT will too in a future update).
SdKfz 221 scout car needs to upgrade to 222 status (i.e. starts with only an MG).
Tiger I (including Ace) has a new armor facing ability.
A few minor balance changes.
A few more Relic bugs fixed.

Grenadier rifle grenade scatter somewhat increased and minimum range somewhat decreased.

Fallschirmjaeger reinforcement cost brought in line with Commandos. AT Infantry Section reinforcement cost fixed.

Prioritize Vehicles now only applies to a vehicle's main gun. HMGs auto-reload when out of combat. Infantry Sections, Panzer Grenadiers, Obersoldaten and Fallschirmjaegers no longer have increased reinforcement cost after capturing a team weapon. Plus a number of additional balance changes and Relic bug fixes.
