Added Lemonhead's Sequential Modloader library, so handguns not will be turned back to default by my other agent mods (by "remove wireframes" option).

Update.
Because of vanishing Hand Cannon problem there change in options:
Decker's gun option works as before (since it's not for sell) - overwrites it to use Blade Runner styled skin.
New handguns option makes all other handguns looks like in video/Nika art/emoticon.
