Finale should be fixed, if there are issues do let me know

- Change the infected spawning during the first phase of the finale... it should be considerably easier now...
- Changed the floor texture to one without a reflection... which both lowered the file size, and considerably increased FPS... It won't be perfect, but the difference is definitely noticeable...
- Fixed a couple missing decals...
- Added four more medkits to the finale area...
- Added more hints during the finale...
- Added a container that blocks the path to the chopper till it is arriving... as well as an invisible wall that prevents you from getting on till it is safe to...
