Crashing and long loading times FIXED:
The long loading times and crashing (caused by exessive ram usage) are now FIXED.
Long distance rendering of road marking is also improved as a side effect (no longer look smudged from a distance).
Main update coming before March.

Fixed Textures on Bridges and Elevated roads.
Added UK style road crossings on medium+ roads and give way lines on small roads.
Added some Textures that were missing.
Improved No Waiting sign textures.
