Material changes. Made Luigi a bit brighter and shinier (especially around the skin). Added $nodecal lines to the eye .vmts so Luigi won't have bloody eyes when you shoot him there.

This version should properly show bile-covered textures.

Animations online on nonLAN servers should be fine now.

Added facial expressions and eye animations.
