Weapons in ironsight mode animate much less for less distracting aiming
Scopes nerfed across the board
FOV translation for scopes and ironsights no longer affects things such as suit zoom weirdly
Viewpunch no longer always punches your view up which hopefully will make aiming with auto weapons less inaccurate
Recoil pushes your aim up more to compensate for the last change

Semi-fixed weapons bugging out when deployed with no ammo (the weapon will now properly show but you'll still have to grab some ammo, switch off of the weapon then switch back to it before it will function again)
Weapon selection now turns red when the weapon has no usable ammo
Fixed some things like FOV changes and viewmodel offsets persisting when holstered
Crosshair no longer disappears when holding R with a full clip (whoops, had some leftover code for an unfinished feature there)

Fixed FOV weirdness. No longer framerate dependent.
