V1.4a:

Fixes:
#1 Fixed Mission Tasks syncing with all players. (for real this time)

Changes:
#1 Changed weather to foggy and overcast for alittle atmosphere.

Additions:
#1 Added some radio comms with Overwatch to give relivance to its flight patern.

#1 Completely rewrote/rebuilt mission/tasks to work for mutliplayer. (being tested tonight)(Still Broke and im at a loss as to why)
