- Added a room to the police station.
- Redone missions. Should be more interesting now.
- Reduced the amount of console errors when loading the map. ( And amount of crashes, I think. )
- Other minor changes.

Now NPCs can enter the elevator. Now metropolice no longer attack newly joined players in multiplayer. Broke the road. A bit easier time fighting NPCs with increased health and armor drops. Fixed little elevator bug. Other minor fixes and additions.

Added soundscapes, added 3D skybox, removed super-secret test room. Hopefully increased average perfomance.

Removed some locations, because they were useless and brush limit is scaringly close. Also added some details to the existing locations. (Which made me hit the brush limit in the first place, yay.) Odessa missions now give money. Removed super-secret mini-city area. Added experimental tv.

Adjusted some boring areas to hopefully be more fun, added dev textures where work is being done. Traded APCs for one heli. Given citizens a little something to protect themselves. :P
