Recompiled Model
Fixed model smoothing groups
Renamed textures
Updated shaders
Added moving steering wheel
Fixed textures on snow carrier wheels
Changed physical properties of cogs from "metal" to "rubbertire" for handling purposes
Re-created physics mesh to have more detail
