Hotfix for EZ map escape

Today is the map's Birthday! and what better time for a massive update? Phase Determination adds a whole new High Item Location that can be accessed from Crop Munipulation! Unlike the other HIL (The Barracks) this one isn't so much combat focused as it is Parkour. You'll need maxed skills and an umbrella to make it to the top! And why is it worth it to make it to the top? Why because:

This update adds map exclusive weapons and armor!

Weapons:

The Iris - Organic Handcannon
The Cornea - SMG

Armor:

Alien Muscle HGMR Suit
Alien Scale Armor
Salamander Armor
Exo Suit Clothes

These items cannot be accessed from any other mod, they are limited to this map ONLY!

Initiated Phase 2 of Project Paradox Preparations. I added a secret Gate B and updated to the latest version of the game.

Optimized the entire map, I now get a steady 30 fps on my meh rig. I also fixed issues that arouse with mods and scaling, let me know if u find any I forgot
