*Fixed: Track disappearing when zooming out

*"Fixed": C:S has a tourism bug. lowered attractiveness from 200 to 100.
And changed tourism wealth from 300 to 100 just in case.

*Add: After Dark Update With Lights :D
*Add: increased texture size from 1024 to 2048
(C:S does weird things with textures -.- had to use a lot of tricks)
