Attempted to fix problem where Land Mattress was treated like a vehicle when using mods that convert the call-in to a buildable.

This required a guess as to what the modders used for the internal name, so let me know if it still isn't working.

Important Changes:

  • Exempted the US ambulance, to make it easier for the faction to get medical help.
  • Added the new Tiger and King Tiger call-ins to the list of things to get price increases.
  • Added bunker count display at the right of the screen.
  • Added some things that were previously only in the Test Variant:
    • Removed all AI resource cheats.
    • Additionally reduced the Hard AI's munitions income by 50%, to cut back on the excessive bombardments.
