Fixed my poor coding to stop spamming the server with useless request.

Removed the "Debug" from the name of the mod...

Fixed the visual glitch on the client side when attempting to plant reeds outside of a marsh while the option to prevent it is ON.

Fixed a bug making the barren version of the dug reeds plantable anywhere even with the "require marsh" option ON.
