Fixed - Ship spinning wildly when without motion in empty space.

New - Added some locks to increase stability of mobile parts while flying in high speeds.

Fixed - Wings exploding while flying in high speeds.
Fixed - Signs intense light. Turned it off.
Fixed - Missing Wings Armor and Panels.
Fixed - Ramp Rotors sync.

Bugs: Side Doors sometimes explodes.
Bugs: For some reason the rotors sometimes bump the ship.
