V0.11

A new game type was added.
You can choose "FleetWar".
Three big characteristics are in this mode.

① I can have plural ships from a beginning.
It is adjustable in an item of "startingfleets".

② I can have much RU at the time of a start.
It is helpful to produce many units.

③ The number of the upper limits of "ResourceCollector" is zeroed.
You must fight in fleet and resources on hand.
