Gave all the helicopters and bots at spawn, god mode. So one one can ruin the game before it starts.

Random ammo caches has been added in all towns/cities throughout Altis.
A temporary fix for the spawn bug has been implemented, instructions will be given once in lobby.
And a few additional high grade ammo storages has been introduced into the world, you will see them on your game map.
