New Gatherer perk that makes ingredients become weightless (in a fiddly way)
New Miner's Intuition perk that increases ore from veins

The melt down perk now can melt armor as well and also works with Orcish equipment.

The option to melt or extract shouldn't show up unless you have the materials so it shouldn't make crowd the menus (thanks to Aestherus for the advice!).
