- Fixed: Pedestrian pathing didn't work.

- Added illumination texture for window-lights.
- Added light sources (Had to remove P-spaces to keep assets within the limit of 64).
- Changed Pavement Paths to Pedestrian Connections to avoid street-lights.
- Added pedestrian tunnel for connection to Part 2.
- Changed a tree to a taller one.

- Added extra LOD textures to work around "LOD xys null" bug.
