Adjusted the ratios of tourists on this building (old version had a typo for low wealth tourists, 1360 was 10x more than expected, whoops!)

Updated the size of the model for some self-scaling issues. The shaft is now generally thinner, and more thin near the bottom than before. Tweaked the location of the props to match with the new model proportions. Also added thickness to a rim near the top of the viewing deck.
