- Added support for different effects
- Added 2 new effects: Streaks and bubbles
- Added randomize settings button
- Hopefully fixed duplication and persistence support

- Tool now shows the launch path when placing jumppads
- Added context menu option to show the launch path
- Fixed emitter error when there are too many jumppads

- You can now target players, vehicles, npcs, ect
- Added some more language definitions
