- Removed the full clearing hack to compensate for Traffic Manager's detached train cars. Skylines Overwatch now report train cars slightly differently, so mods depending on it won't have to resort to hacks, if the trains are broken to begin with.

- Limit the confused/gridlocked check to trains only. Metros are no longer part of the check.

- Performs a full clearing when a game first loads. This is to compensate for Traffic Manager's train detachment issue. Once that's fixed, I'll probably remove the full clearing.
