The big update!

* Moved all assets to the Steam cloud for better loading
* Removed poker chips and added custom draw tokens.
* Added rules to notebook - link to B&W PDF still there!
* Enlarged and corrected table layout - no more stretch marks
* Added grid system and snap points for HELP and Smoke Signal
* Ensured figurines are all the same general shape. Made the dog more dog-sized

Initial Version.

Player pieces are a little strange, the board is a little stretched, and tokens use base poker chips - all due to inexperience.
