Fixed swb muzzle because it was fucking removed

Added Phong, recompiled model, fixed reload, and as well increased viewbobbing and added bobbing to reload

Fixed Reload from not happening (I think?) and aligned the reflex sight a bit better.

Moved PPSH to weapons category due to compatibility issues with darkrp and ttt

Put PPSh in different category so people don't mix it up with those vietnam sweps
