Update 2
I've used the Precision Engineering mod ( http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=445589127 ) to fix connecting roads occasionally being misaligned by 1 degree, breaking Zoning into sections on that road.

To do this I had to add pre-aligned roads which as a result made the round-about slightly bigger and more expensive.

Upkeep: Was - 55 / week, Now - 68 /week.
Cost: Was 5760, Now - 6840
