-fixed tier 3 damage issue, seems the issue originated here and was transfered to all the other thruster mods. Not sure how I've missed it this many times x.x :-/

Added Resource Sink Group Thrust to the thrusters, now they just show overload and not take out all power on the ship.

Added recent changes made to thruster inertial dampeners, and new variables to thrusters. Also included a small amount of superconductors.
