-- Knife now works in multiplayer, but no quickknifing, as it still does errors :(
-- Disabled Quick Knife. Not removed, disabled.
-- Added Tactical Knife Pack to CW 2.0 Entities Tab - unexplodable (because knives arent explosive, dummy)
-- Changed HUD text when using 3D2D Hud

- Fixed CSS Knife being glitched for people who dont own CSS
- Fixed some bugs regarding sprinting, ammo giving (hopefuly) and quick-knifing
- Added check for CW - automaticaly disables knife when CW is not installed
