Map Changes:
-Added a new 1 vs 1 map.

Abilitys Changes:
Roshan's Reincarnation:
-Changed the Cooldown from 750/600/450/300 to 550/400/300/200.
Roshan's Flamethrower:
-Changed the damage from 100/200/300/400 to 200/400/600/800.
Roshan's Speed Attack:
-Changed mana cost from 0/0/0/0 to 50/50/50/50.
-Changed the number of high speed attacks from 5/6/7/8 to 6/7/8/9.
