Lowered the size of the doors outside of A site

I've majorly over hauled the map to simplify it all over.

Simplified the map

Clipped Off nearly everything.

Fixed Incorrectly BSPZipped file.

Minor changes to B:
- Removed highest box at B mid
- Added tarp at one of the new gates at B
- Removed pipe on flatbed at mid

Modified B site drastically.

Updated small things throughout map.
Added Airplane to T spawn.
Added Turbine to A site.

Testing Packing of custom materials.

Created construction on CT side of Control Room.
