1.7.1 Hotfix: Hotfixed an issue with the Aimpoint magnifiers not magnifying anymore

- Fixed: Made lenses less shiny/reflective.
- Fixed: Flashlight has received a brightness boost.
- Fxied: All FOV's have been adjusted to the Arma 3 standard

- Fixed: Cleaned lenses of dirt, should be better to aim now
- Fixed: All Collimators changed to new shader technology
- Added: Scopes now have new technology scope shadows
- Added: Icons in Arsenal
- Fixed: Reduced tunnel effect on most optics (notably Aimpoint). Sadly, VCOG isn't fixable, considering to remove it but it is still in for now.
