-Fixed wrong tech group for natives and applied a experimental fix for current games (restart advised to be safe)
-Event for free cores in heartlands now again works on colonised provinces
-No longer possible to core a heartland province until the mentioned event fires (just a quality of life fix to prevent you from needlessly spending points)
-Heartland are now again considered farmlands.
