-found the problem with camera not working on small grid, was an error on my part with subtypeid's
-fixed pink camera model
-now requires PCU
-has proper particle effects
-updated to have a description

wow, this mod is 4 years old already....

Found an issue when placing camera on small ships the actual model is placed 2 blocks behind the spot placed, but still works. Working on a solution.
