Fixed the diakosiomedimnoi (200) or zeugites
Added the triakosiomedimnoi (300) or hippeis the cavalry
Removed tetrakosiomedimnoi (400)

I dont know if its save compatible this change.

Changed the names from now on the financial classes r the name of the units.
Pentakosmedimnoi Hoplites (500)
Tetrakosiomedimnoi Hoplites (400)
3 New shields
The shield with τη anchor will be added to the marines
A reskin for the Pentakosmedimnoi Hoplites.
And minor fixes
