- camera now works on host if host is the only player in the game

- camera FOV is now adjusted dynamically based on the user FOV
- changed camera offset and distance slightly to resemble the SS1 one more
- removed gibs camera following since enemy gibs were being followed by the camera sometimes
- min and max vertical angle set to 89
- camera "wall check" updated (ray radius for both wall check and point retrieval is set to 0.1)
