Update: Event text compression

Added an optional XML-based event text compression system (toggle in Mod Settings).

When enabled, certain long quest letters are replaced with shorter summaries while keeping key facts (faction, duration, reward, etc.).

If no template exists for a quest/incident, the original text is used unchanged.

Compression templates are still heavily WIP and currently only cover a small set of events.

Added XML quest blacklist (RimTalkQuestBlacklistDef) so problematic quests can be excluded from Event+ without DLL changes.

Changed: Only includes the newest red threat letter if it’s less than 0.6 in-game days old, so dialogue focuses on current danger instead of stale alerts.

Fixed: Quest info tied to temporary/quest maps (site maps) were not showing up when pawn is on the site.

Added: For non-home maps attached to a world site, the mod now includes a compact “[current location] …” entry built from the site’s SitePartDef (e.g. bandit camps, ancient ruins), so the LLM has a quick description of where the pawns currently are.
