1.1.0.3 - Third Post-Launch Patch for "Strategic Command"
This is once again NOT the 1.17 compatibility patch (1.1.1.0). You must continue reverting to 1.16.10.

- Added version warning on main menu for the people who cannot read.
- Fixed the Republican Spain flag (AGAIN)
- Fixed the Subjugate Spain decision disappearing post-civil war
- Changed requirement for Soviet invasion of Manchuria so that Manchukuo only needs to be an ally rather than a subject of Japan
- Tweaked a US decision length
- Fixed Unternehmen Merkur AI effects instead only triggering for players
- Fixed the Yugoslavia capitulation event sometimes breaking
- Fixed Elizabeth II not having a cabinet icon
- Fixed the Japanese "Woo Tibet" decision and improved trigger wording
- Added two factories to the "Experimental Design Bureaus".
- Planned economy idea has received buffs and debuffs.
- Soviets now start with another 20 military factories, replacing 20 civilian factories.
- Fixed Great Purge GUI showing the wrong tooltip for Phase 3
- Fixed some Subject manager actions showing Soviet focus requirements for every country
- Added missing loc for a Soviet event
- Fixed soviet reserves not spawning

We are aware of the following issues which will be addressed in the next patch:
- Germany being too weak on lower difficulties.
- Being able to finish purge early and waiting for a while to remove it.

1.1.0.2 - Second Post-Launch Patch for "Strategic Command"
THIS IS NOT THE 1.17 COMPATIBILITY PATCH. THE MOD IS NOT COMPATIBLE YET.

- New Additions

Khalkhin Gol is now an on-map state that is transferred to Manchukuo if Japan wins the incident.
Added impassable areas to northern Manchukuo.
Added a state for the actual location of the Trinity Test, rather than doing it in Nevada's impassable.
The "Posyetsky Korean National District" now starts as a Korean core (later removed via decision).
The AI will now do Operation Merkur, landing paratroopers in Crete with an attached news event if successful.
Added research debuff the higher you go in the recruitment laws.
Improved where AI Soviets will construct industries.
Added the new achievemement "AIPAC".
Elizabeth II now becomes Queen in 1952.
The Turkish Straits are now blocked only for non–Black Sea nations, checked dynamically based on state ownership.

- Fixes

The news event announcing the Berlin Pact will now have alternative text if China joins it instead.
Fixed the Finnish Democratic Republic event not removing elections from Finland, missing a state, and not adding a deputy leader.
Changed “white peace” to “peace treaty” in war conclusion alerts to reflect mostly scripted peace deals.
"An Empty Seat" event should now grant Maxime Weygand instead of Huntziger.
"Nomination of the Generalissime" event fixed to display proper loc and advisors.
Fixed issues with WW3 and improved WW3 events & decisions.
Fixed some UN events triggering twice.
Fixed issues with War Room Operation Unthinkable.
Changed a modifier of the National Spirit Together for Victory.
Germany no longer gets all the French equipment when doing Fall Anton.
Fixed incorrect picture for Germany's Panzer II Luchs tech.
Fixed Erich Raeder not being available if the focus "Kriegsmarine" was done.
Fixed Soviets not getting the 1937 Election event after completing the timer.
Made Second 5 Year Plan checks more accurate.
Replaced some French NS art.
Removed one achievement.
Additional purge failure checks.
Made wartime AI buffs stack.
Reduced some PP penalties of the Great Purge.

1.1.0.1 - FIRST POST-LAUNCH FIXES PATCH

- Removed old Soviet purge failure content (Stalin will no longer get killed - new content will play out instead)
- Tried fixing MP screen.
- Fixed the scrollbar issue in deployment window.
- Added two captainluck icons (make sure to spam her with gifs in ⁠💬offtopic)
- Added a scripted peace if Germany defeats Fascist Italy (war starts usually over South Tyrol)
- Removed leftover British deputy leaders
- Fixed a bug where owning the Sarra Triangle on game start triggered the post-war creation of Cyrenaica decision
- Fixed the Reichsautobahn Berlin decision not highlighting Berlin
- Fixed several German news events intended to be shown globally not being shown globally
- Fixed a code typo where Soviet victory in WW3 transfers Italy to Spain
- Fixed Republican Spain using the modern-day Spanish flag
- Fixed a code typo where Operation Tannenbaum claims Sao Paulo instead of Liechtenstein
- Fixed some Soviet post-war events triggering themselves over and over, crashing the game
- Fixed Pas-de-Calais being removed from Reichskommissariat Belgien-Nordfrankreich during the capitulation of France if formed before then
- Fixed the event where Yugoslavia capitulates to Italy if they formed their own faction, including wrong state - assignments as well as not white peacing Romania and Czechoslovakia
- Fixed a code typo where a reference to Republican Spain erroneously instead referred to Germany
- Fixed Operation Margarethe and Panzerfaust de-occupying Soviet-occupied parts of Hungary
- Fixed a bug where Denmark stays democratic when occupied by Germany even if the war with the UK is already over
Tweaked various event triggers for balance purposes
- Fixed various character names

- Added the following news events: Generalgouvernement, Fall of Vienna, Fall of Warsaw, Operation Cowboy, Death of Mao (alt-history)
- Disabled the Italian focus tree path to join the Allies (it's currently very low quality)
- Added the KMM and Ibrahim bin Yaacob as potential Japanese collaborators in Malaya
- Other code cleanup and improvements
- Added new Ernst Thälmann portrait
- Added 1 research slot for the US that you can get through focuses
- Improved AI for Benelux if Germany is the player
- Fixed German AI putting 100+ factories on super heavy tanks
- Fixed Japan focus prerequisite for "Shadow Behind the Throne"
- Improved English AI when defending
- Improved Soviet AI
- Improved WW3 through the addition of new tooltips and simplification of some mechanics
- WW3 mission objectives are now easier to complete
- Fixed the British continuing to garrison ports instead of pushing out the enemy when under invasion
