(since only now I've figured out it wasn't lol)
> Added a small relay you can tap into if you want to add something to the sub during the campaign (it's in the command room)
> Added a cabinet in the reactor room, since the submarine tends to get a bit cluttered later into the campaign.
> Fixed the shuttle waypoints! WOOHOO!
(Caused by hulls not connecting together when docked)
