Dev log:
The mod pack will now be updated on monthly basis instead of weekly basis. Our next update will be on January 3rd. We will only make emergency updates if there’s a bug or an ability which is a major game changer to the player’s advantage.
Our goal for this month is to finish off Immortal Flames with their supers and their install music. Doll Princess is in the process of a revamp, which hopefully can be completed either December or January

All Characters:
- Sinful Mode adds 5 hit stun to opponent who is in hurt state, to make up for false predictions. Still false but looking into issue. Bootleg bandage.
- Opponent forfeiting will result in a battle and win.
- Codex in the basic tab will now display difficulty ratings for each of the characters up to 3 Stars.
- Particle effects transparent setting now defaults to 70 from 100. You can change it back to 100 using Mod Options.

- Heavy Snipe: Reduces gauge by 100. (note: gauge is not a condition to use this attack)

- Summon: Certain Summon Attacks will be delayed when Summon is being summoned from attack. Melee hit from opponent to Summon during non-sandwich will cause non-hit stun damage towards the Player, however it will not kill the Player.
- Sapphire: Start tick updated to 8f from 7f. Gains 1f speed buff during sandwich.
- Arctic: No longer self-interruptible or self-hit cancellable
- Ocean: Start tick updated to 17f from 16f. No longer self-interruptible or self-hit cancellable
- Celeste: Start tick updated to 9f from 8f
- Ice Shower: Projectiles damage from Ice Shower update to 60 from 80

Sin Reviver

- Sinful Mode: Updated where 2 Sins will spawn if there’s no Sins out, and 1 Sin when 1 Sin is out. No longer summon Sins when there’s 2 or more Sins out. Sins are command-able when animation ends.
- Debuff: Update debuff duration for Stage 0 and 1 to 150 from 200. Update debuff duration for Stage 3 to 300 from 120. Stage 3 duration cannot be reset. When opponent kills a Sin during Stage 3, duration decreased by 50.
- Enlighten Sun: Speed decrease updated to 1.3 from 1.5
- Enlighten Garden: Speed decrease on hit updated to 1.6 from 2.0. X Speed Limit updated to 15.0 from 16.0.
- Enlighten Ray: Speed decrease on hit updated to 1.3 from 2.0. X Speed Limit updated to 16.0 from 12.0. Y Speed Limit updated to -8.0 from -6.0

NEW:
Advance: Cost 1 Resource. Moves forward depending on the opponent’s distance. Leaves an Ice Statue behind. It can be used at the same time as the Summon’s attack.
Sky Drown Winter: (SUPER cost 3) Attacks the sky, hitting only aerial opponents and dragging them down.
Countering Distance: (SUPER cost 4) Requires summon. Summon moves forward while countering fizzle-able projectiles. Ends with an attack

Frost Air Dash: Can no longer move down
Evade: Update start frame for invulnerability to 4f from 3f
Ice Garden: Now it prevents players and opponents from grabbing.
Debuff Ice Stacks: Decrease the velocity the higher the stacks. Reduce max stacks from 8 to 5. Damage increases by 10 for each stack.
Ice Spike Statue: Teleport lag updated to 6f from 2f. Players can hit spike statue to send statue flying.
Ice Ground: Will move the player forward a bit for certain normal attacks
Summon: Cost for certain attacks has been adjusted. Un-summoning invulnerability for summon starts at 5f from 0f
Ice Panel: Speed increase from ground attack to 15 from 10
Ice Rain: Projectile created from rain can now reflected off certain ice structures. Certain structures can be reflected towards opponents
Sin of The Cold: Creates 3 flakes which homes onto the opponent.
Landing: Creates 3 Ice Ground on landing.

Hit Box Adjustments for some Normal's

Charge Dash-> Scanned Experience: Short Ranged Teleport that costs 1 Charge, can work aerial or grounded. You can't use any movement options the turn after you use this. Triggers Hop Advantage

Hop Advantage: Special Variable. All of RF's normals are 1f faster except grab

Hop Chain: In addition to teleporting to the projectile. Redirects (or) Spawns another bullet in the direction of the D.I wheel depending on the opponent’s location. XYPlot distance reduced. There is no longer a Distance Limitation for how close a Projectile need to be to an opponent to use it as a Chain.

Grab: Now does not automatically draw a card unless you specifically select one. Now draws normally on Grab Tech if a card was previously selected.

Axel Grab: Gains cards in selected slots if landed or on blocked.

Magnet Bomb: Is now a Special from Super, costs nothing

Tagging: RF's Lemon Shots have a Special Property, if you shoot a projectile, and that projectile collides with your bullet. it becomes "Tagged." Tagged projectiles are tagged for 10 ticks, can only tag 1 of them at a time. Tagged Projectiles can be Hop Chained towards, will Fizzle if connected to a Hitbox and is Fizzleable, and will summon a Homing Burn Projectile if you hop off of it. (Done Ish)

Saw: Can be flipped back if Shot with Shot.

Mana Gain: Mana balls appear when performing any High Impact Action: Which includes:

Super Dash Super
Jump Hell Impact (Even if it whiffs)
InstantLanding(Landing)
Super Fall
Hitting the Opponent.
You can Overflow Mana if Charge is gained through Mana Gain.

LOTW Replication: Moved to Defense to prevent Super Bloat.

Super 1: Focus Mana Spawns in a Mana Seed. Mana Seed can be Hop Chained to, gives you a full bar of Charge.

Super 2: Magicians Assistant: Summons a Magician Bunny, Bunny cannot be hit with projectiles:
Bunny Actions: Bunny starts by floating behind you.
Free Action Toggle 1: When free action is triggered, bun will rise from their location and rapidly fire down light bullet projectiles at the opponent. Each Light Bullet applies a Stun Tick.
Free Action Toggle 2: When Ticked, Bun will fire a delayed projectile slash towards the opponent.
Bun has 1 HP, Deactivates on hit, and each action costs 1 HP (So they die from getting hit once)

LOTW Creation: Starts at Frame 15 Roughly. Damage Increased.
