Changes:
- Fixed incompatibility with DramaLord.
- Added Bannerlord.ModuleLoader which allows for multiple implementations within one mod, so those still on v1.2.12 can still play without having to update to latest.

Changes:

- Disabled donating if at war with settlement kingdom/faction
- Changed donation warn message based on whether player owns settlement
- Added Mod menu using MCM5 where you can adjust the prosperity cap, gold to prosperity ratio, and change logic to increase prosperity over time

Implemented rebuilding of raided village - decided not to use gold, it just takes time similar to as if you were raiding

Removed required reference to Harmony since it's not needed, added dependent versions for base game, and fixed bug with getting the correct gold amount to hit limit for town/village.
