Replaced a death sound with an HECU Grunt sound (one also voiced by me) so it's more authentic to the original 2002 lines. (The death sounds listed on the Cutting Room Floor wiki for the 2002 lines are just reused hgrunt sounds. Which do not sound very similar to the more modern death sounds I have listed. So I have opted to replace some of them.)

Re-recorded lines.

Lowered the volume of the prison voice lines. Added a missing prison line. Both due to the insight of @M1L4N18. Increased the volume of the chatter sounds. Thank you @M1L4N18.
