* Added wait animation when Ib's idle
* Fixed color issue on taunt, added another taunt when on a certain condition
* Added a hud indicator to know the cooldown of NSpecial and when you can use the portrait again
* Removed debug state display for playtest ( it interfered with the new indicator)
