Minor bug fixes, Ballistic Helmet variant added (no face shield), and new items added to the artifacts list (ballistic turtlenecks, ballistic pants, Internal Plate Dustcoats, Remington-Lee rifles, and Scoped Winchesters)

Oh, and the Steel Cabal are (even more-so) genuine assholes to your humans now. Very fun.
