Fix Mod settings entry

修复：任务追踪应动态更新物品数量任务/击杀数量任务。
新增：检查是否携带任务所需的武器。

Fix: Task tracking should dynamically update for item quantity tasks/kills quantity tasks.
New: Check if the required weapons for the task are being carried.

新增: 武器弹药的检查
修复: 部分检查能力 实效的问题

• 移动增强4档位调节
  
• 任务追踪器位置、大小、显示选项
  
• 界面增强功能开关（武器对比等）
  
• 一键重置所有设置
